Look in the 880 service manual and see what the voltage's should be,,,, it will be the same for your car,,,,, the difference between the points and the electronic will be accuracy as well as you have probably noticed that when your driving your car at nite you notice the lights changing briteness,,,, and yes I would be glad to take the 880 service manual off your hands, send me your address and I will send some cash to cover shipping
