1965 383/727 ?'s

I just bought a complete, running '65 383 from a Dodge 880 as a
possible temp swap into my 65 Coronet while I build my Poly Stroker,
and I have a couple of stupid questions.

Would this motor have solid or hydraulic lifters? Would a big block
727 of the same year (not out of this car) still have the early spline
input shaft? or is this just for small block 727's of that vintage?
Are big-block & poly k-frames the same? How about trans cross members?
Will I have to shorten the driveshaft? Anything else I need to look
out for or change when swapping this into my 65 Coronet?
