clockwks.com are listed in the 62-65 Vendor's Page in the electrical section, thanks Herb. 

There are also DIY quartz conversion kit for some Mopar clocks. Suchy sells the kit for $75.

Years ago someone posted that they installed a AA battery powered clock mechanism they bought at a craft store and made it work to replace the original Mopar clock's mechanism. They replaced the AA battery once a year.
