For all people who haven't seen Gary's web site for a while, like me, I went 
back and started reviewing it again.  It answers just about any question you 
can think of and is well organized.  I lived on that site for quite a while 
and you can get lost in it, it is so big.

All new guys are encouraged to check it out "all the way" if you can.  Some
