Dittoes on the door spring clips. Sometimes they are rusty and stuck in place. They will stay right there as the cardboard tears away. Shoot em up with some WD 40 or whatever. Compressing them with your skinniest needle nose pliers sometimes helps in prying them out. Check/Adjust window channel alinement as well as lubricating everything. Best of Luck!
