no special tools needed, allen wrench for handles, large philips for the armrest, and a possible two other screws along top edge of panel,,,,,, remove lock knob and carefully pry out panel from door, some times the spring clips in the panel can be stubborn, just try not to tear them out of the panel backing (pressed cardboard type backing), pull out on bottom, top of panel with wiper on it is hooked into door frame, underneath there should be a sheet of plastic that acts as a moisture barrier for the panel, it is secured by a type of sticky caulk, while your in there be sure to vacuum out the bottom of door to get rid of dirt accumulation from the years of service,,,,,,, In a message dated 3/30/2011 2:56:11 P.M.
