the bleeder valve is for releasing air from the brake system, the problem
is the drums are mounted to a hub that is on a tappered/keyed axle shaft,
the problem has nothing to do with the brakes themselves other than the name
of some of the parts that need to be removed to access the wheel cylinder
itself
