I had a 1962 Chrysler Windsor with a 413 with long ram dual 4s. I was told it was a FBI pursuit car when I bought it for $100.00 in 1974. It had a certified speedometer and a real utilitarian interior, black vinyl seats and rubber floor mats and holes in the bottom center of the dash from some sort of radios. It also had a whip antenna mounted on the left rear fender and I would beat Chevy SS 396s, 442s, GTOs and most Fords from a 30 MPH roll. The 413 "was" used in cop cars.... Our local sheriff had a 62 with the 413 and some of the State Police cars had 413's also but as I stated earlier, they went to high ranking officers.
