RE: cooling issue



It does sound like air flow if it is ok on the highway.  A couple of 
things to consider:

Do you have a high-flow thermostat installed?

Do you have a shroud?

My problem was both in town and highway but I also live in Yuma where it 
is very hot.  

My final solution was the following radiator in a 4-row.
