RE: external balance



Don, the bearing you're talking about can be bought at any Autozone or 
Advance store. I got a v6 Dakota bearing when I 4-speeded my 64 Polara 
with 426 wedge. It was about $9 and in stock. IIRC, you may need to saw 
a little off the input shaft as it's too long and goes so far into the 
crank it will bust the bh when tightened down (ask me how I know)!
