I have found 15 inch steel wheels online in the $40-50 range on various websites that could fit you in a pinch. Summit Racing, Tire Rack websites etc.

Dang.  Sounds like the bottom line is I can't run 275 or even 245
without at least 15x7 wheels.  And the spinner hubs won't fit 15's.
Those Magnums look nice, but I'm on a tight budget and can barely
afford the tires and springs.
