The original "engine turn inlay" is a thin tin insert to the chrome piece. 
This original tin insert is no longer available.
This inlay was also used by Chevy, inlay on 64 Impala chrome and was also 
used on the dash of Pontiac Firebird, not sure what years.
It is available in rolls as a stick on tape. My buddy bought a rolll when he 
redid his Impala and he does not remember where he got it. Maybe by 
searching some chevy sites you can find it a bit cheaper. As you all know as 
soon as you say Mopar the price doubles.
