RE: Push Rod Length Question

Nico,
All the same will be fine. .004" is a small fraction of a turn
(lessee... 3/8-16 screw, each turn is 1/16 or .062", so .004" would be about
1/15 of a turn or about 23 degress) on a rocker arm adjusting screw.

What heads did you put on that the pushrods are too short??

Subject: Push Rod Length Question

Just installed a new set of Aluminum heads on my 440, The old push rod
length is too short so will need new ones. My old Purple cam calls for 28/32
thousandths settings. My question is: Will I need 2 different push rod
lengths due to the difference on valve lash settings or is the few thou
difference not worth it. My old pushrods were all the same. Any thoughts/
Thanks Nico Over Va. Beach, Va
