Gary, I know they are 3/8, coarse on the head side and fine thread on the manifold side. I don't know the length, but I took one to NAPA and they had one about as exact as can be. I don't know about stainless, either, but the factory studs were hardened, and the NAPA studs are not. It seems to me the softer ones might be easier to drill out if snapped, but Mother Mopar always had a reason for things.
