RE: Torsion Bars affect smoothness of ride?





I have radial tires in great condition.  I think the front end was rebuilt.  

The guy who installed the shocks said everything looks fine -- nothing looked worn or needed to be replaced.  

What would be worn on the front end to cause a harsh ride?
