head gaskets and compression

I just picked up an original 1964 413 with 67,000 miles. It is listed
as having 10.10-1 compression. If I switch to Fel-Pro permatorque head
gaskets that are .020" thicker than the stock head gaskets, what will my
compression ratio then be?

Also, will this engine ping on super unleaded? It still has the stock,
non-performance camshaft.
