Re: Mopar Wins NHRA Super Stock Title - First Since 1977

"NHRA drag racing has gotten so expensive it isn't even possible to dream about it anymore"

Terry, Don't crush my dream...
...I totally agree as I have been building my 64, the expense of this little thing or that, really adds up. Then what it costs to run at the track.

I work the Mile High Nationals for ESPN at the starting line each year and I look at those bad a$$ door slammers and such and dream to be one of them, but then I get real and know that unless I win the lottery, a shot at the Super Stock title is out.

I am happy just knowing that I can beat up my local Chevy's and "Tuners". In my mind evry race is the Super Stock Finals...even when it's ashopping cart at the store.

just my 1/2 cent...

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
