However I'd have to say that "cruise night" should definetly fit into that category. It could even be a club meeting/event. I don't use those plates 'cause I want to drive it more often. The same goes for the car insurance that is classed as Antique/classic. It's dirt cheap but does expect you to limit useage. The authorities sometimes like to flex their muscles and "come down" on us undesireable hot rodders.? Such as closing down the tracks, etc..
