Yours was probably the post I saw. There are a lot of different roofing materials, which one have you had good luck with?

I have always used the roofing material for auto insulation. Tar-like
quality for spreading, but dries hard. No smell after about a week. I've used it
for floors, trunks, and for rustproofing inside fenders, etc. Good stuff.
Maybe a bit "Red-neck", but it sure does work, providing sound insulation and
rust-proofing qualities. Besides, I am a "Red-neck".
