The radiator bolted in. THE rad is completely made of alum.  I had to drill one mounting hole,drivers lower,
 
because it was drilled a 1/4 in off. My factory shroud would work if i made some simple "L" brkts.
 
The fan i used came off a 79 six banger dodge truck, seven blade flex, no clutch,3/4 in spacer.
 
The radiator hoses fit perfectly. Install the fan first and slide the rad in next. cover the rad with
 
cardboard for protection.  On an 85 degree day, my water temp with no thermostat was 150 degrees.
You will need a 160-180 thermo.
