recurve will add quite a bit but you do have a lot of cam in that engine for the compression ratio. Of course , you could jerk the heads , give it a valve job, Plane at leat 060 off of the heads and 072 of  off the intake side of the head, bolt it back together with the recuved dist, no vacuum advance hooked and total timing at 32 to 34 degrees . It would probably take a year to remove the smile from you face. Only thing is the ole 413 up to it? Only you would know for sure. But then if you bored it 060 you would have the 426 already.
