I was about to order the elephant ears for my 1965 Satellite big with a 440 auto, but was advised to get a full moptor plate (front) instead. I am just looking for some feed back on both if anyone has had any experience with either. Seems most racers have the elephant ears, but was told these will distort more than the full motor plates. Thanks everyone. Ray 1965 Satellite hi ray i have a set of motor plates on my 440 and have no problems with them .when i mounted them i welded some longer studs to the original style rubber motor mounts ans drilled holes in the front frame rails and attached them to the plate 1\8 steel :"L"brackets mounted there in almost no vibration felt from the engein i can send some pics of the setup if you want tj http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/jehu65.html [AD removed for archives] ------------------------------------------------------------------- Erase wrinkles without Botox!
