I think that the clasification depends on who is defining it.  I think that normal maintenance should be allowed and another category altogether defined for what you're describing below.  After all it's a "survivor" not something that's supposed to have been put in a time vault and never ever driven.

Survivor car is a total original vehicle as delivered to the dealer. No
after market parts, no repaint, totally original interior, etc.

Can you give some details about your Dart? Have you made changes from how
it was shipped from the factory? Paint, interior, radio, wheels, etc. etc.

Hi all...

I was hoping to get some of your opinions........what classifies a car as a 
survivor? what are some of the criteria's ?

The reason why I ask is because my car has been shunned from a display at a 
local mo par show without an explanation.
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
