   In adition to my above mentioned gripes about the shifter , there is
   also a little switch on the bottom side of it, with two wires coming
   from it.  AND GUESS WHERE ONE RUNS TO, its spliced  in to a wire
   running to the  wiper switch that i have been having such a time
   with. HMMMM!!!Could this be my problem. And what on earth is that
   little switch for, back up light????  The   Nuetral safety switch is
   still hooked up thru the starter relay .
