 Anybody have any experience with the b&M Star shifter?   This Polara
 came with it, it looks to be brand new, but i cant figure the durn
 thing out. Tried to locate B&M for contact info but  couldnt find any
 on their site.They have a site, but no way to contact them.
   I cant figure anything out about it, what the little red knob is for,
    how to manual versus automatically shift it, adjusting instructions,
   etc. I cant believe i cant figure out a simple shifter.
