I'm posting this to the list so maybe others can help me out, but I'm also sending directly to Gary since he's the Poly-God!

OK - the decision has been made - I'm sticking with the 318 Poly. Here's what I have right now, and what I need...hopefully you can make some recommendations on what to buy and where to buy 'em from!

#1 and #2 rod bearings are shot (idiot kid...). Crankshaft is getting turned 10 under to fix that problem. Everything else looks good - forged, free floating pistons. A .277 lift (intake and exhaust) camshaft. 4-barrel intake (OEM), w/Carter carb. Looks like the motor was built to handle some decent hp & torque.

I've got my name on "the list" for the TTI headers when they become available.

Here's what I need. I know many of these items are interchangeable with the LA engines, and for most things I'm looking at Summit, Jegs, or Mancini Racing - unless you guys have other recommendations (which I'd love to hear!). (* = interchangeable).

-Fuel pump*
-Double roller timing chain*
-FULL (EVERYTHING!!!) gasket and seal kit
-Thermostat*
-Spark plugs and wires
-New cap and rotor*
-Piston rings*
-Rod bearings (15 or 20 under)*
-New flywheel*

Can anyone give me some suggestions on where the best place(s) to buy these things is?

As always, THANKS!!!
Andy
