They were known as Dodge Brothers before that while the ones over ½-ton were Graham Brothers. Fargo trucks were built in Canada in 1929-30, and again from 1936 through 1972 for the Canadian market. Do not know about the export market, as the Fargo name was used through 1987 at least. As to the 313 V8, yes both Dodge and Fargo trucks used the 313 in Canada in 1964. Actually 1964 was the last year for the 313 while 1965 was the first year for the 318 in a Canadian-built Chryco vehicle. Imported vehicles prior to 1965 came with the 318. A 1962 Dodge Dart 440 convertible, which was not built in Canada, would have been imported from Detroit, complete with 318.
