It's the creativity unleashing, mood enhancing desk toy! caab7pJb7yoMza/ Crazy Aaron Enterprises =========================================================== Here's a few questions I've got about poly motors: 1. How many different head castings are there (as far as I know there's only one though there are at least two different finished heads (one drilled and tapped for the alternator bracket)? 2. What is the stock chamber volume, compression ratio, etc? 3. How much can you shave off a poly head (what's the smallest chamber volume you can get)? 4. What's up with the Silv-O-Lite replacement pistons having an advertised compression ratio of 8.8:1 (see http://www.beckracing.com/slvpg37.htm )? Shouldn't it be closer to 10:1? Anyone know of any other off the shelf poly piston suppliers (TRW/Sealed Power, etc)? I'm aware that you can get just about anything made; I'm interested in knowing what's still on the shelf. Anyone who cares to tackle any part of this is welcome to.
