You can rest assured that i will ensure everything
goes fine from my end.And as soon as you get
the payment,my puchasing manager will come
over to your location for the pickup of the Apache.
 
He will call you to schedule the exact time for the
pickup so it wont clash with your other engagements.
And he is currently in Holland taking care of some
of my units that was misdirectly shipped to that
region.I will need to confirm from him where he
would like my commission sent to him,if it is 
sent along with the payment,though i still need to
clear up this area with my client.And most 
importantly,i will like you to prepare a bill of sale,
to be signed and completed upon the conclusion
of this purchase when the pickup is made.
 
I will intimate you as soon as i receive a 
confirmation from my client that the payment is
on the way so that you can watchout for it.

Pardon me for the delay in responding to your email.
The details were received and payment is being 
processed by my client at the moment,though i 
have given instructions to him to make sure he
sends it this week.I would have prefered instructing
him to send the payment to the address where the
Apache is located 'cos i want the payment delivered
to you by hand through Fedex or Ups.I guess we are
both opened to suggestions.So,please advise.
 
And in case my coomsiion is sent along with the 
payment for the Car,can i trust you to send it to 
my purchasing manager to enable him come over
to your location for the pickup and equally arrange
for the shipping? After you have deducted your 
actual payment for the Apache.

and shipping expenses.Send me your full contact details
so that i can contact my client and he in turn will issue the
payment for the Apache,and send to you.
 
Arrangments will be made for the pickup and shipping once 
you confirm receipt of payment.And my purchasing manager
will come over to your location to finalise this transaction.
 
The title and paper work will be handled from there at your
location during the pickup of the Car.I like you to prepare
a bill of sale to be signed and completed upon the
