I can confirm that the aftermarket kits do not fit. The balls do not fit, either on the original bar or on the new bar furnished in the kit. The joint end cap does not fit. It is too thick and the holes are drilled incorrectly. The curved end pieces that are attached above the balls and which ride in the trunnion are machined at a sharper angle than the originals and have a smaller surface area. This will probably wear the trunnion. They couldnt even get the length of the boot straps right. Its hard to believe how bad these kits are. I was able to use the boot from the new kit and I re-used my old parts for the rest of it. I am demanding a refund for the remaining defective parts. Mark Artall
