{Chrysler 300} 1962 A/C Dash Vent Removal

Sounds absurd, I know, but….

Once one removes all 4 nuts from the underside of the pop up dash vents….

They should wiggle up & out of the dashboard; right?

(Struggling to get the passenger side to pop out)
