The club accepts Paypal but there is a fee from Paypal for all transactions.
The friends and family option is not available.
Here is the dues schedule with the Paypal fee included:
For US and Canada
Duration Dues 1 year $37.00 2 years $74.00 3 years $111.00 For Foreign
Duration Dues 1 year $42.00 2 years $84.00 3 years $126.00
You can also use Paypal to pay for club store orders or for meet registration.
For those things you need to add 4% for the Paypal fees.

If you send a check, money order or cash, the old rates still apply.
