Probably the Power Brake Booster is failing.
(Assuming you have Power Brakes?)
Unless he didn’t properly bleed the new Master Cylinder.
Either way….Doesn’t sound safe to drive! Take it back!

Hello, I have a question… I just got my breaks done on my 67 Chrysler 300 convertible, very large heavy car. He put a wilwood master cylinder under the hood and new hoses. My breaks are almost hitting the floor when I stop the car! Softly go all the way down. It doesn’t feel right.
Please tell me I’m not crazy!
