--Richard, when you say it does not pump sufficiently to cool it would be far better for us to know what the gauges say hooked up and running. Got a rebuilt and sent mine away.It is only putting out 150 psi on the high side not enough to cool. Rebuilder says that should work and is enough for R12. I think the spec is 170 to 210. Can’t find it for sure written anywhere. I’m stuck.
