THAT would be a wonderful part to have available and seems not hard to make by cnc . That would allow stock or built 66 up 727 into pre 62 B block cars , = better driveshaft , U joint etc . Was that plymouth still PB trans ? 62 dodge was , but rear pump torquflight not well supported and somewhere in there they went to larger input spline you need to get the good converters . I did put ?63 727 in a 60 ok , but still the rear pump 727 ., but behind a 440 . You can beat on a 70 era 727 with zero problems . Do you know if he had to make a custom flex plate too ? maybe 727 plate is ok , spacer plate mounts starter too ? Not sure which starter you end up with ? If made on cnc he might still have the program ?

B mopar ( Don V?) with cast iron trans might work too, but probably wrong thickness ..
