My F has the Blue Streak tire as a spare and it had a full set of them on the car. I kept them when I put American Classics on it. I also have the inflation needle and the instructions for use in it's original envelope. Noel took pictures of all of that material in Greenville. I will take and post a picture of the spare later today.

I've got a factory picture of a Blue Streak Captive Air tire on a 300F and have never seen any documentation of them being available. I know they made later Blue Streak Captive Air tires.
