Thanks Nick, I am starting to wonder if I should just keep the AM radio and send it out to be gutted and rebuilt as a AM-FM-USB unit. By the time I pay $375 for a none working radio with the bezel, or I pay $395 for a rebuilt radio without a bezel and
not to mention that the aluminum strip under the bezel if also different… I really wanted to have the factory AN-FM-Reverberator set up that was in my folk’s car I drove in High School. But, not with spending a $1000 to $1500 to get it all. For $500 to $700 I can get the AM gutted and converted to stereo and updated and it will outlive me… I need to ponder. James From: Nick Taylor <nicksgaragesd@xxxxxxxxx> James, I handled a '64 NY wagon last year that had an AM/FM radio and here is a picture of the radio installed. You can see it has a bezel over the radio face behind the knobs and cut out for the push buttons. I don't know if the dash trim panel
is different or not. Note this car didn't have the lower dash pad. Nick. On Thu, Jan 5, 2023 at 9:39 AM 'James Douglas' via Chrysler 300 Club International <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
