James,I handled a '64 NY wagon last year that had an AM/FM radio and here is a picture of the radio installed. You can see it has a bezel over the radio face behind the knobs and cut out for the push buttons. I don't know if the dash trim panel is different or not. Note this car didn't have the lower dash pad.Nick.On Thu, Jan 5, 2023 at 9:39 AM 'James Douglas' via Chrysler 300 Club International <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:--Hi All,
If anyone has a spare FM radio bezel, they want to sell for a 300K, send me a note. In the next month or so I plan on taking out the carpet which means the seats and the console. While it is all out, I plan on adding an AM FM radio, a Reverberator and the rear defroster. I think I found a couple of FM radios. One core and one restored for the same price. Sometimes pricing makes me wonder.
Does anyone have a photo of the aluminum strip that goes along the bottom of the dash that is for the FM radio?
Thanks, James
