Hi Pete, I have original measurements and a template I took down in 1990. I'll be home in a week if you can wait that long. If I recall it was 1/4" on top then an 1/8" space then an 1/8" stripe below. Stripes connected at the front fender but open at the rear with the top stripe extending slightly further than the bottom stripe. Hand painted of course. (BTW, the 300J was reverse with the narrow stripe on top).
