{Chrysler 300} 300F restoration

Hi Group, finally finding time to work on my car which has been sitting for almost 1 year since my purchase. I’m a bit of a amateur but with reading all your discussions and the club  videos etc. and my 1960 service manuel I’m slowly putting the dash back together.
All the interior Upholstry is being made new, have removed all interior trim, by hand polished as best I could and purchased which was in bad shape…Dash pad, radio, speaker are out which make it a bit easier to work in behind. I have put back, the shifter control, wiper switch, light switch and turn signal. Put back dome.. Sorry for dragging…
Now, I turn the key to aux and all dash lights, turn signal lights, break lights and hi beam lights are all good . I cannot get the car to crank and the panelescent to light up.
Any guidance as to how to troubleshoot??
Any suggestions would be much appreciate…

Claudio 300F up here in Canada…
