Hello 300’ly to all! Within a few months after Bob Cornett’s passing his son called me regarding the selling price of the Bob Rodger car. We both were confused regarding it being worth more or less than what pristine C coupes were going for at that time. Son thought it was maybe difficult to sell because not many folks would appreciate the unique value of the car and the custom changes made with the exterior, two- tone paint job, fender skirts and the interior color and materials. My advice was to market for it’s uniqueness which is always a priority for collectors in the know. What transpired after that conversation I do not know. The 300C surround bezel was unique in that it and the trim strip were a special nickel casting and not stainless. Rob Kern
