You get out some sturdy plyers and close up the loop and put a BRAND NEW stainless nut and bolt through the flange  A touch of silver rattle can and it looks like Tiffany had a hand in it. Then you surprise your wife with such a thoughtful gift and place it on her finger and say thanks. Then you go out and find another letter car!  Quid Pro Go!
