{Chrysler 300} 70 Challenger

to anyone who might help-----this is not 300 related but can anyone out there decode the vin from a 70 Challenger-------I have a challenger to restore that the owner said was green------now in primer---but it was red from factory------but the inner fenders-firewall are green from factory------he said it was a 4 speed but it is a slap-stick auto------he said it is an RT and it is-----I thought that anyone who owns a car worth this much would know everything about it---but not this fellow-----THANKS--------Johnnie Slayton
