[Chrysler300] Engine trouble 392 300C

This wonderful car has a perplexing problem.
Early last year it had engine work done and a reground and Parkerized cam treatment.  Less than a thousand miles later the cam is diagnosed as FLAT.  A brand new one is ordered and delivered by Hot-Heads.  Two problems now evolve .

1.  The mechanic can not get either head to break loose from the block.  What is the secret method of separation between block and head?

2.  Found plenty of water/anti-freeze in the oil and a pressure test of the cooling system showed water leaking out of the spark plug holes from both banks from the two center plug holes on each side.  Can't be cylinder head gasket failure on both sides.

What to do?
