I'm not seeing any issue with the numbers. This car belongs to a club member and has been listed in the club VIN registry since at least 1995. SO date shows 1215 - I have notes on seeing a G that's two VINs later on our list and its SO date was 1216. Option codes look right: heater, white top, 5-button radio and tinted glass. Judging by the data tag this was a very rusty car as mentioned. Very common for those VIN tags to come loose/fall off on rusty cars.
