Your 440 must (?) have a 413 crank in it now if you have original stick G parts ( or same with automatic) . Are all the stick parts original ? Only reason I say that is a 440 is just a better (overbored ) 413 from one perspective . Same external appearance. And 413 parts all fit . If striving for originality , might look for 61 heads, but 440 are better . Need G distributor etc . I would look at rebuilding what you have ..
