[Chrysler300] Electric Window Motors ...................................................................................

Good evening everybody out there in 300 Land!!!

 

Couple of questions:

 

(1)   How difficult is it to remove the electric window motors out of a 300E?  Any tips: and

(2)   Once removed, who do you recommend sending these motors to for a rebuild?
