Hello Jim,
I see that you're located in AZ.
At least a few of us Club members in the Midwest use Bruce Dell who does beautiful work - link to Bruce's website - https://dellmetalpolishing.com/index2.html
I've spoken with several classic car owners, of both Letter Cars and other makes, and they've used many different stainless restorers.
Considerations for selecting the restorer for your parts of course include several factors - reputation of high quality work, price, turnaround time, and more. Of primary concern for me, for my 300-F coupe's stainless parts, was their safe arrival at Bruce's shop, and return to me. I chose to personally deliver them to Bruce in Hubbard, OH - a 6-hour one-way drive, so it was a long day, but well worth the piece of mind. You may want to do the same, and find someone reasonably close to you. Take photos of each part to document what you're having worked on. Also suggest sending photos to the shop you select in advance, to get a ballpark estimate of price and turnaround timing.
In addition to my F, Bruce also did the stainless work on John Begian's black G convertible, that's won People's Choice Best of Show at 4 or 5 of our past 8 or so Club Meets. And, Johnnie Slayton, who's restored several primarily '55-'61 Mopars uses Bruce. Bruce also sells a terrific stainless metal polish, that I regularly use.
