The rear end from a 70 Challenger fits right in. I did that swap on a 62 Newport I had a few years ago. If I remember right, the leaf spring perches were just 1/8 inch off compared to the 62, not enough to bother with moving them... Jean-Yves.

Does anyone know which Mopar rear axle will swap in. I'm probably going to install all wheel disc brakes in the near future as well. Comments appreciated. Thanks, Charlie in Ottawa. __._,_.___ Posted by: Jean-Yves Chouinard <jymopar@xxxxxxxxxxx> To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/all/manage/edit For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylang __,_._,___ |
