Re: [Chrysler300] R12 Freon

The conversion kit to change to R-134 is under $20.00. includes new valve ports and all the "O" rings needed. Got them @ Walmart.
Me thinks they skipped the "change the O rings" part, or at least the more difficult ones.
There are a billion new cars now with R-134A and they don't leak. Not to mention tens of thousands of old cars converted, including 3 of mine. No leaks.
While you're at it, change the Receiver/dryer.

 Greetings Fellow 300 Owners,

I had my G converted to R134 several years ago and found out over time it will deteriorate the seals. I have an NOS seal kit and am needing a good source of R12 freon.  Any suggestions are appreciated !
